Flyghtwood Sports Life and Leadership Campus
We are developing a 32-acre Sports Life and Leadership Campus in Trotwood, OH that will host local, regional, national, and international events as well as become a home for the Wright Way Foundation non-profit programs as well as many other local non-profits. The Wright Way Foundation's vision is to become the national model for using sports to stabilize communities. We focus on the student-athlete and provide holistic programs that teach transferable skills from sports to the real world.

Community Details
The Flyghtwood Sports Life and Leadership Campus will be a driving force in the revitalization of Trotwood and surrounding communities. Trotwood is currently a food desert and lacks many resources that communities need, including safe spaces for youth. The campus development will bring other businesses to the area such as restaurants, hotels, and many other stores, resulting in job opportunities and community redevelopment.
