PDF Building upon the success of the first Dayton Region Signature Fund (DRSF I), the Dayton Development Coalition invites you to participate in Dayton Region Signature Fund II (DRSF II). This is a unique opportunity to:
- Invest in a Fund with proven success, both in the quality of deals and the return on investment
- Participate in a state program to accelerate cross-cutting technology startups
- Directly contribute to the growth and prosperity of the Dayton Region
Since inception of DRSF I in 2007, results include:
- DRSF I is realizing early returns – 28.5% of capital called has been distributed to date
- Four successful exits have occurred in just 4.5 years with another projected in 2012
- Current projections for DRSF I return is 2.2X to Dayton Region Limited Partners

You will also hear directly from the ESP Team who will provide the details for participating in DRSF II.
