Michelle Marek’s role is in Business Development & Project Management for the Dayton Development Coalition. She is a team player with expert client building and relationship management skills to foster and sustain long-term productive partnerships. She has a wealth of career experience, including ten years working in the non-profit sector, and most recently held the position of Director of Operations & Marketing with Taft Law.
Michelle is passionate about connecting businesses, government entities, and educational institutions to achieve mutual goals. During her time as the Director of Member Services at Technology First, she became a spokesperson and community liaison between local businesses, media, community, and government entities. While in this position, she also notably founded the Women 4 Technology program to assist women in professional development and mentor as they pursue careers in technology.
Michelle received her B.A. from Colorado State University in Journalism.
