Collaborative efforts to support workforce needs are a hallmark of the Dayton Region. With a rich mix of organizations to address a wide variety of needs, we will support your efforts to train and hire a quality workforce.

For every major Dayton Region industry cluster, a forward-thinking local trade association exists, focusing on development of current and future talent to meet the needs of regional employers: Technology First; GDAHA (Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association); DRMA (Dayton Region Manufacturers Association); DRMC (Dayton Region Military Collaborative).

Partnerships include: 12 OhioMeansJobs Centers of Southwestern Ohio, savvy executive recruiters, Miami Valley Human Resources Association, Southwest Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE) and the 23 member universities and community colleges, Miami Valley Career Technology Center and other career tech prep programs, the University of Dayton Center for Leadership, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Airman & Family Readiness Center, Barry Staff and other staffing agencies, Catholic Social Services Refugee Resettlement, and many more.
