SiteOhio Authenticated Sites
SiteOhio authenticated sites are construction ready, meaning that each site is ready for immediate development on day one.
Site authentication guarantees that all utilities are on the property and have adequate capacity, that due diligence studies have been completed, and all state and federal entities have provided concurrence with the studies. SiteOhio site authentication also ensures the site is free of incompatible uses, with no limitations or insurance liability based on surrounding properties. Most sites have highway access and/or rail access on-site.
