JOBSOHIO AWARDS OSIP GRANT FOR NEW BUILDING THAT WILL JUMPSTART COMMERCE DRIVE INDUSTRIAL PARK

RUSSIA— Cemleb Properties, LTD will begin development of a 12,000 square foot speculative expandable building in Russia, Ohio. This building will catalyze future development at Commerce Drive Industrial Park in the Village of Russia, Shelby County. This is the first development at the Industrial Park. 

A&M Cold Storage Announces New Bremen Expansion

DAYTON—A&M Cold Storage and Trailer Leasing announced it will expand its New Bremen facility, creating 10 new jobs. The company has already begun construction on a 10,000 square foot building project at 715 Streine Drive in New Bremen. 

A&M Cold Storage and Trailer Leasing rents and leases refrigerated semi-trailers and portable walk-in coolers/freezers for the transport and storage of food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, composite materials, chemicals, and other materials that require climate control.

JobsOhio Awards OSIP Grant for New Building in Logistics Hub

JobsOhio approved an Ohio Site Inventory Program (OSIP) grant for the construction of a 500,000-square-foot industrial facility by NorthPoint Development at 251 North Dixie Drive in Dayton.
